Riding Squads: Onboard Technical Teams for Maintenance, Modification & Project Execution

RAM mobilises technical personnel and complete teams onto the vessel itself, for defined maintenance, modification and installation assignments — with rotation and accommodation aboard where the assignment requires it.

When a riding squad fits the workfront

Some technical work cannot come ashore. The scope sits on the vessel, so the crew goes to the vessel.
01

Onboard workfront

Technical personnel are deployed directly to the vessel, where the work front is.
02

Defined assignment

The team enters for a specific technical scope or work package, not open-ended cover.
03

Rotational deployment

Personnel can be organised around assignment-specific rotation and onboard logistics.
04

Vessel & client interfaces

The working model is aligned with the vessel organisation and agreed responsibilities.
