How RAM developed

From supplying people to owning scope

RAM Multi Invest started in workforce supply: finding skilled tradespeople and placing them on industrial and marine projects.

Today the company works in two ways. It still supplies qualified crews. It also takes on technical subcontracting — a defined package of work delivered to the client’s programme and permit system, with scope and responsibility agreed before anyone mobilises.

The geography followed the work. Offices in Norway and Denmark put the company next to the yards, terminals and energy projects where its crews spend most of their time.

Both models rest on the same foundation: people who arrive qualified, documented and ready to work on a live industrial site.

How RAM operates

Two ways of working, one standard

Workforce solutions

Qualified crews placed on the client’s site, under the client’s supervision. Qualifications and documentation are checked before anyone is proposed for mobilisation.

Technical subcontracting

A bounded scope RAM carries itself, delivered to the client’s programme and permit system, with interfaces and responsibility defined before work starts.

Across both models the trades are the same: welding and fabrication, piping and pipefitting, structural steel and erection, mechanical and electrical installation, solar PV, and site supervision.
