Pre-Commissioning Supervisor & Operators – Black Sea Offshore Project

RAM Multi Invest has pre-commissioning jobs for 1 Supervisor and 2 Operators on a Black Sea offshore gas project. In particular, the work starts in November 2026. After that, you will join the vessel in Constanta, Romania, and spend about 35 days offshore.

First, the team will flood, clean and gauge subsea pipelines. The work also includes hydrotesting, dewatering, drying and nitrogen purging. Throughout each shift, the team must follow the work permit and safety rules.

Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

• Lead the shift and oversee pumps, compressors, dryers and filter units.
• Also, check pressure, flow, heat and chemical dosing.
• Before work starts, lead toolbox talks and check work permits.
• Then record test results and prepare shift reports.

Pre-Commissioning Operators

• Set up and run pumps, compressors, dryers and filter units.
• In addition, work with pig launchers and receivers.
• Then carry out pipeline pre-commissioning and pressure tests.
• Before each test, fit manifolds, hoses, gauges and relief valves.
• During the work, record key readings and report any issues.

• Proven experience in pipeline pre-commissioning, hydrotesting or pipeline operations in Oil & Gas.
• Supervisor: offshore pre-commissioning experience, including a supervisory role.
• Valid Seaman's Book.
• Valid BOSIET and CA-EBS (OPITO).
• Valid OEUK medical certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Availability for approximately 35 continuous days offshore.
