Concrete Carpenters / Construction Workers – Hengelo, Netherlands

RAM Multi Invest has long-term construction jobs in the Netherlands for 2–6 experienced concrete carpenters and construction workers, at several project sites in the Hengelo area. In addition, you will have a Dutch employment contract with Dutch payroll, under the Construction & Infrastructure Collective Labour Agreement (CLA).

The start date is ASAP. Because the projects are ongoing, you can move on to the next project when one ends. First, you complete a 2-week trial period with the client. After a successful trial, you then continue on the ongoing projects.

Scope of work

These concrete carpenter jobs in Hengelo cover formwork, precast concrete and site setup work, for example:

• First, install precast concrete footings and walls.
• Also, mount wooden sub-frames.
• Build formwork for angle sections.
• In addition, prepare formwork and pour concrete for hollow-core slabs.
• Check levels and heights and carry out general setting out.
• Install precast utility cabinets.
• Finally, set up the site: position site units, lay cables and PE piping.

• Approx. €650 net per week, paid weekly every Friday.
• Dutch employment contract with Dutch payroll, under the Construction & Infrastructure CLA.
• Long-term work on ongoing projects.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Accommodation arranged and paid by the employer.
• Commute costs within the Netherlands (accommodation to project site) reimbursed.
• Daily tool allowance possible if you bring your own tools.
• Travel from Romania to the Netherlands is not covered.

• Proven experience in construction.
• Experience with measuring out and alignment (most important).
• Valid VCA-Basis certificate (mandatory).
• Good English – the interview with the client is held online in English.
• Driving licence and own car: a strong advantage (carpooling preferred).
• Own tools: a plus.
• EU/EEA passport or a valid EU residence and work permit. We cannot sponsor visas or work permits.
