Industrial workforce in Scandinavia

Technical people and defined work packages for marine, process-industry and construction projects. For industrial workforce in Scandinavia, RAM Multi Invest discusses technical staffing and subcontracting requirements in Norway, Denmark and Sweden, with the delivery model, site requirements and country arrangements agreed for each assignment.

Discuss a Scandinavian project

Choose the delivery model around the actual work

Skilled trades under your supervision

For example, when your organisation directs daily execution, RAM can support the project with welders, pipefitters, mechanical fitters, electricians and supervisors selected against the task. In addition, RAM handles the agreed employment, documentation, mobilisation and workforce administration. Your team retains the site supervision and work allocation defined in the contract.

A defined technical work package

For subcontracted delivery, we first establish the scope boundaries, interfaces, programme, supervision and acceptance criteria. As a result, the team is organised around those deliverables. However, workforce supply and responsibility for a complete scope are different arrangements; we confirm the appropriate model before proposing personnel.

Project experience in Norway, Denmark and Sweden

The published RAM portfolio includes photographs and scope descriptions from different Scandinavian work environments. For example, use these records to discuss a comparable requirement, while checking the specific qualifications and responsibilities for your own project.

However, a project location is evidence of work experience. It does not mean RAM has a permanent local office in that country. Our published office contacts are in Constanța, Romania, and Hellerup, Denmark.

Technical services and industrial workforce in Scandinavia

Welding, fabrication and process piping

For welding and fabrication crews, send the process, material, thickness range, positions and applicable qualification requirements. Selection is checked against the WPS, WPQR and individual welder qualification range. Also, for piping and pipefitting teams, clarify fabrication, fit-up, installation, tie-ins, testing interfaces and handover documentation.

Marine, offshore and ship repair

Our marine services, offshore project support and onboard riding squads cover different work settings. First, tell us whether the work takes place in a yard, workshop, operating site, dry dock or aboard a vessel. In addition, access requirements, inductions, supervision and the available work window affect the team and mobilisation plan.

Employment and workforce administration

Where employment or payroll support is part of the requirement, review the payroll and employment service with us. The employing entity, country requirements and allocation of responsibilities must be confirmed for the actual assignment. However, a general capability page is not an approval for every country or delivery model.

What to send with a project enquiry

  1. Location and work environment: country, site, vessel or workshop and access conditions.
  2. Scope and disciplines: drawings, specifications, quantities and required trades where available.
  3. Programme: intended start, duration, shifts and any shutdown or dry-dock window.
  4. Qualification requirements: welding procedures, certificates and project-specific approvals.
  5. Responsibilities: who provides supervision, tools, materials, accommodation, transport and acceptance of the work.

You can therefore contact RAM before every detail is final. We use the first discussion to identify missing information and the delivery model that fits the work.
