This archived service update refers to RAM SVEIS OG BEMANNING AS. That Norwegian entity is no longer active. We keep this page only for historical context. Therefore, it does not describe RAM’s current legal structure or certification status.
RAM currently supports welding work through technical personnel, welder testing and qualification. The team can also help interpret and use WPS and WPQR, and check qualification validity.
In addition, RAM supports joint preparation and fit-up. Where the project requires them, the team works with documented preheat, interpass and welding parameters. Support also covers traceability and QA/QC records. The team coordinates VT/NDT or other inspections according to the project requirements.
However, these capabilities do not make RAM an accredited certification body or an accredited radiography/NDT provider.
