RAM supports industrial projects in Norway with technical workforce, specialist trades and subcontracted delivery models. Norway remains an active part of RAM’s European operating network.
Industrial workforce for defined requirements
RAM can support projects that require welders, pipefitters, mechanical personnel, electricians, supervisors and other technical disciplines. Personnel selection starts with the real work scope: industry, site conditions, material and process requirements, qualification records, mobilisation window and the way the client intends to direct or accept the work.
For workforce supply, the client normally controls day-to-day execution while RAM supports employment, documentation, mobilisation and workforce administration. The exact responsibilities are confirmed for each engagement.
Technical subcontracting
Where a client needs more than additional headcount, RAM can discuss a defined technical work package. Scope boundaries, interfaces, supervision, QA/QC documentation, acceptance criteria and handover responsibilities must be agreed before mobilisation. RAM does not treat workforce supply and subcontracted project execution as interchangeable services.
Welding, fabrication and piping support
RAM has current welding capability and can support welder testing and qualification, interpretation and use of WPS and WPQR, qualification matching and validity management. Project-specific processes, materials, positions and inspection requirements are stated only when supported by the applicable records.
Piping support can include personnel and teams for fabrication, fit-up, installation, renewal and modification work where the technical scope is documented. Marine, offshore, energy and industrial environments each require their own access, HSE, documentation and supervision planning.
Starting a project discussion
Send the work location, industry, required disciplines, proposed start, duration or work window, headcount estimate, qualification requirements and available drawings or specifications. RAM will review the actual requirement and identify an appropriate delivery route.

Professional welding memberships
RAM is a member of the Romanian Welding Society and Norsk Sveiseteknisk Forbund (NSF).
These memberships connect RAM with professional welding communities and technical knowledge networks in Romania and Norway. RAM presents them as professional membership signals. They are not certifications, accreditations, client endorsements or evidence that RAM is an accredited certification or NDT body.
How this relates to RAM’s work
RAM’s current welding capability includes technical personnel who understand welding processes, testing and qualification of welders, interpretation and use of WPS and WPQR, and matching personnel qualifications to documented project requirements.
Where the project requires it, RAM can support fit-up and joint preparation, documented preheat and interpass requirements, parameter and material traceability, QA/QC documentation, qualification-validity management, and coordination of VT/NDT or inspection requirements. The applicable process, material, position, joint configuration and acceptance responsibilities must be established from the actual project documentation.
Membership does not replace project-specific qualification evidence. Procurement teams should request the records applicable to the proposed personnel and scope.
