We are hiring for a mechanical fitter job Holland and Foreman positions for the Allseas Solitair project, one of the largest offshore vessels in Europe. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent conditions for experienced professionals in ship repair and offshore mechanical works.
Mechanical Fitters
Dismantling and fitting of pipes, flanges, pumps, motors, and gearboxes
Preparing and marking components for inspection, repair, or replacement
Steel structure removal and support for welding teams
Reporting damages and defects according to QA/QC procedures
Foremen / Supervisors
Supervising and coordinating mechanical teams onboard
Planning daily tasks and enforcing safety procedures (VCA, LOTO standards)
Monitoring progress and reporting directly to the client
Ensuring compliance with international quality and safety requirements

Net hourly rate:
Mechanical Fitters: €17/hour
Foremen: €18.5/hour
Working hours: 60h/week
Rotation: 10 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Accommodation & meals: Provided onboard
Flights: Covered (international and local transfers included)
Proven experience in ship repair, refineries, or offshore projects
Strong skills in dismantling and installing mechanical systems (pipes, flanges, pumps, gearboxes)
Valid VCA Certificate – mandatory
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometric plans
English communication skills (minimum B1–B2)
